Refund Policy

30-day money-back guarantee

Carvac offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on Carvac+ subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of the original order date. This applies to your first purchase of a given plan; renewals may be refunded at our discretion under the same window from the renewal charge date.

How to request a refund

To request a refund within the 30-day window, email us at hello@carvac.app with your order email and approximate purchase date. We process refund requests within 3 business days.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Processing usually takes 3–10 business days depending on your bank.

Cancelling a subscription

You can cancel a Carvac+ subscription at any time from the in-app "Manage subscription" button, which opens Paddle's customer portal. Cancellation stops future renewals; existing access continues until the end of the paid period unless you also request a refund within the 30-day window.

Statutory rights

This policy is offered in addition to any rights you have under applicable consumer law, including the Australian Consumer Law and, for EU/UK customers, statutory withdrawal rights. Nothing in this policy limits those rights.
